Know Your Fish Seminar at Island Creek Oyster Bar

Chef and owner of ICOB, Jeremy Sewall gave a fantastic seminar on Saturday, Jan. 14, right in the restaurant! He guided us through a hands on experience with fish textures, flavors, freshness, identification and proper techniques for preparation and storage.  Of course, the taste testing was the best part!  Yum!
