Best Buffalo Wings Recipe

Best Buffalo Wings Recipe

(and there are only 2 ingredients)

Ingredients:
Chicken wings
Frank's Hot Sauce

Step 1
Grill the wings over indirect heat for 40 minutes. Grilling gives the wings a delicious smokey flavor.
Well, let the grill calm down first.  We said indirect heat!

Step 2
Heat the Frank's up in a sauce pan for about 10 minutes before bringing the wings in.

Step 3
Bring the wings in from the grill in a bowl and pour the warm Frank's over the grilled wings. Both wings and sauce being hot helps the Frank's flavor soak in. Let wings soak up the flavor for about 10 minutes.

Step 4
Place the coated wings on a cookie sheet and put it in a 425 degree oven for 40 minutes.

Step 5
Take the wings out of the oven and let them sit for 7 or 8 minutes.

Serve!

Meanwhile you could have been putting your R. Murphys to good use!

Oh yeah, one more ingredient - Beer!
And friends!
Enjoy the game!

You could have oysters, too. Just sayin'

Wall Street Journal Off Duty Holiday Gift Guide - no.10!

Off Duty Holiday 50

Blades of Glory  (number 10)

Forged in Massachusetts by R. Murphy, a company that's been honing its craft since 1850, these knives have handles of pecan wood reclaimed from an old Chrysler plant. Of course, none of that would matter if the blades themselves—high-carbon steel that holds a wickedly sharp edge—weren't the business. One 8-inch chef's knife, one slim filet knife and one paring knife are all any home kitchen requires. But the back story that comes with them does add a certain something.
